The whole process took near 3 weeks, meeting with PI and then coding interview, the 3rd round with the team member. It was not tough and has no guidelines like the industry that what is going to be asked in the interview. And not as formal/structured as the formal interview. More importantly, HR sent out reminders of references 3 times a day including at midnight
