I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Jul 2010
Interview
Straightforward, asked me about my resume, prior work experience. Had me read a document regarding cedars patient guidelines and see if I could clearly paraphrase it. Friendly interviewers, very little pressure.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
I went through a staffing agency. The staffing agency was really easy. They just wanted to get to know me and my pay. They low balled me. They asked for my previous pay at my old company and went a few dollars up. I found out others got a set rate from a different staffing agency. Do not be the first to state a number! I then went to interview at the hospital with the team lead, supervisor, and manager.
