Give us an example of a difficult situation at work and how you handled it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Went through a 4 round in person interview process with the entire Research Team and MD's that I was assisting. Overall the entire staff was friendly and asked mostly about my past work experiences and how to handle difficult situations. Since I was assisting an entire research team the interview process took the entire portion of the afternoon. Could vary depending on how many people you will be assisting/reporting to.
