Most of the questions are behavior based, but they asked very smoothly, and tried to learn more about your ideas, not only business, but also everything. It seems that they do not care very much about your technical skills, but more about your personality. I was interviewed by a director, then vp. Very aggressive culture.

Interview
Had an interview scheduled and was in the waiting room for the virtual meeting for 20 minutes. When I emailed the recruiter about it I got a response saying thank you for applying but we've decided not to go on with your candidacy. Very unprofessional behavior from their university recruiting.
