Met with two interviewers back-to-back. Generic interview questions. Interviewers seemed to be more concerned with "fit" than technical qualifications. I also had a phone interview with the director, which was focused on my desire to join based on my communication with previous interviewers (since I "nailed" the in-person interviews). Overall, a great experience and I was glad to earn the position.
