I applied to the job after talking to an HR rep at a job fair. I submitted my CV online that day and then they phoned me back a week later and tested my English. A few days later, I interviewed face-to-face with the HR rep for half an hour and then with my future Team Leader as well as the new hire coordinator. The interview went well and I got an offer another week later, which I accepted.
