Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who saw my profile and suggested I should apply - I did the application and had a phone screen with the recruiter who asked fairly standard questions (experience type, experience level, interest).
After the phone screen with the recruiter, I had a phone interview with the Site Director for the location - it lasted about an hour on the phone, and the conversation covered everything from general engineering questions, to specific chemical engineering topics.
I was invited to an on-site interview the next day, and flew to their location. Interviews with about 6 or 7 people from the different departments I would interact with and interviewed with the site director as well. The questions were mostly behavioral (describe a situation where you had to deal with conflict etc).
Never heard back from them regarding the position after that - I stopped checking after about 2 months had passed and I got neither a positive or a negative response.
