After the first phone call I was invited to talk with 2 leads. The one was supposed to be my lead was nice but rarely spoke - fairly firm and rarely smiled. Maybe she was not experienced with interview situations as she was much younger. The other one really wanted to lead the interview and I didnt feel there was a harmony in the team. I realized they wanted someone who is submissive and not really a strong personality. This was not for me and wanted to finish the process the soonest befor the summer ends. In the bathroom I heard that they have a strong dressing-code issue and forcing people with micromanagement and conservative style.
