The interview went easy. It was mostly what was my previous experience and what I wanted to look forward to. It was conversional. They did not end up picking me but it was also fresh out of college and I didn’t have experience in polymers. Others had taken that class.
It was a 45 mins initial phone screening but the role was offered to an internal candidate. The interview process was fairly straightforward with some common interview questions and some are targeted towards the previous experience.
