Celanese Order Management Representative interview questions

The company was supposed to do the interview but one date but they changed it, and they kept changing it. It took around 2 months for the company to get back to me after I applied but today is the day that I have not received any kind of response from them., but they are still looking for people in the same position. What bothers me is the fact that they didn't take the time to tell me they don't want me, they are just ignoring my calls and emails.
