I was ask to present a business case that I had worked on and I did a brief presentation on the project and the document. I was interviewed by a HR and a senior business analyst. The process took about one hour. I was late to the meeting and they let me wait for another 30 minutes because another candidate was late too.

The innittial interview was really effective, they based the questions on my experiece and fit with the Job opening. They paid for my flight to come from Toronto to the interview.
