Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It kicked off with an initial chat with a recruiter, mostly going over my background and what I was looking for in my next role. After that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, where we dug into my experience and how I’d approach certain situations. Then, there were a couple of follow-up interviews with other team members, some questions were about my skills and others were more about how I work with others. Overall, it felt conversational and everyone I spoke with was friendly and respectful of my time. Communication throughout was solid, and I felt like I knew where I stood at each step.
