CellTrak Technologies Senior Software Engineer interview questions

It was very laid back. It was a series of interviews with a couple of questions about how I look at things. There wasn't really talk of benefits or perks. Management talked heavily about how they need people to come in and change things, which is good and bad. I was never given time with a member of the HR team to figure out how my life would look working at CellTrak. I didn't really see how they established if I could code or not, which makes me wary of the quality of potential co-workers. Got the impression they may just be looking for bodies.
