1. 30 min phone call with recruiter asking very standard questions
2. 30 min zoom call with the hiring manager
3. ~2 hour on site interview with presentation
Step 1 and Step 2 were very standard and once you make it to Step 3 the recruiter will provide you with a prompt for the on site presentation. There will be a panel of at least 4 people. The interview went OK and felt slightly disorganized. As soon as I walked into the room, two of the interviewers told me they had to leave early but would dial in. It felt very off for me and right off the bat didn't set a good tone. I did not get the offer at the end but maybe it was a good thing.
