You get a call from the recruiter for screening, and then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager via zoom. If you pass the 1 on 1, you are then invited for an onsite panel interview. The process itself was fast, and questions asked were relatively easy. I took a day off to interview for the 1 on 1 and the initial impression was that I did fairly well. Then, I was ghosted. The recruiter said I did well and to shoot them an e-mail to speed up the interview process, which I did. I was ultimately ghosted with an eventual generic rejection e-mail. Waste of time my time.
