I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cellares in Jul 2020
Interview
The cellares interview process was relatively straightforward. The recruiter was very helpful and responsive. Recruiter call->hiring manager call->2 hr zoom call with ~10 people +40 minute presentation to prepare. The recruiter and hiring manager were very professional and helpful throughout the process. The group zoom call was a bit unfocused but once again the recruiter was communicative and honest about the process. I didn't get an offer most likely due to the experience requirements of the position but it seems like the company is open minded towards hiring people from various backgrounds.
