Interview process was well organized. Everyone I spoke with was somebody I would be happy to work with. I was not a fit for the role as they were looking for a "sales recruiter" more than an "IT recruiter". While I have some sales recruiting experience, that was not my primary focus. This gap was communicated clearly and politely. Perhaps there will be a better alignment in the future.
