Interview
After being encouraged to apply by current employees; I went through series of phone interviews. My expertise is in a related but not technical field.
The individual was late and kept me waiting. That was my first red flag. The conversation was friendly but not in depth about company except to say they were looking for someone to for into their "culture."
I left feeling that I wasted my time and as it turns out, I was informed by a Text that in fact I did not for into their culture in those exact words!
Needless to say, I did not get the job. I no longer wanted it either.
In person sales style interview. They made sure your the right fit and drive in a competitive sales teamwork style environment. They explained that it was a 100% commission based position.
