I went through 3 interviews, one with an HR and 2 with this Hiring Manager. They hired me in 10 days. After a week, at the end of the probation period, I was told I didn't pass it as they hired the wrong profile (they found out they needed someone with press office experience), with some weak excuses, but it generally looked like the Hiring Manager wanted someone who could take up her tasks without receiving direction nor supervision but capable from day 1 to do things exactly as she would do it. They didn't repost the job.
