12 minute HR on the phone interview, asking questions about my experience and how i can manage stress. i got the interview after applying the day before, i am still waiting on a response but it went good so far, they seem professional and kind.
The interview process was professional and well organized. The interviewer explained the role responsibilities, asked questions about my experience, customer service skills, healthcare knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. I had the opportunity to discuss my background and learn more about the company and position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cencora (Winnipeg, MB) in May 2025

It was a phone all first , followed by actual interview online by two HR . it was smooth but inwasnt called to resume and they justbghosted me no follow up
