I was contacted very quickly after applying by the recruiter, they were great and we had a good conversation. I was then connected pretty quickly with the HM and had a great conversation. I was told I would hear about next steps shortly after that, and then I never heard anything again...this was over a month ago. Not even a rejection, I hate being left in the dark during the interview process

A preliminary phone interview and a multi-person at-site interview. They brought me into a room and I met with three individual managers (Organization & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resource Business Partners)

They already know your skills from your resume. In the interview they explain the company culture and organizational structure and get to know you. They want to know if you will make a good fit within the organization and ask a few questions about your recent/past work experience and personal questions about your classes and career goals.
