Name a time when you had to handle a difficult situation. What was the situation? How did you handle it? What was the Outcome?
You will have a Panel interview with 3 people. Each person will ask questions pertaining to the roll of the position and each person will document your response. You will have to give your experience and provide examples of how you solved problems and what was the outcome.

There was only 1 interview with basic situation/behavioral questions. It was very easy and the interviewer was very nice. This process has since changed and you can interview with several people or a panel.
