The Recruiter Phone Screen/dialogue was first rate, and totally responsive to my interests. In gact, an alternate, more appropriate position was suggested, and arrangements were rapidly made for a F2F interview at job site. THAT interview was a complete and total disaster. I was told it would be a panel. Instead, only the most junior of the panelists showed up, and clearly exhibited both total disinterest and boredom from first glance---as well as an obvious dislike. Her questions were simply and totally brain-picks to cross-match what they were doing functionally and technically with my experience and knowledge.It was not a Share Your Skills So We Can See How YOU May Fit question process. I was treated with cold, callous disinterest, and No, I was NOT offered the position. I was told that the selection process would take weeks; I was bumped out within 72 hours.
