I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cencora (San Bruno, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Hired through Aerotek. One in-person interview by a panel of 2 employees. They seek to ask what you presently know about the company and the job position. Additional questions include what your college major and interests are. Fairly short interview only lasted 30 minutes. They hire many college grads and majority of staff are in their mid 20's. Good stepping stone for an entry level position/ college grad. Corporate setting with casual dress attire.
