They conducted a group interview with me and 4 other candidates. Most of the questions are very straight forward..mostly scenario questions to see how you behave when you feel overwhelmed with work and how did you deal with upset customer.

They didn't ask any difficult question, the most difficult one is to use 2 sentences to describe what the company does, but this is such a simple question!
You will have a Panel interview with 3 people. Each person will ask questions pertaining to the roll of the position and each person will document your response. You will have to give your experience and provide examples of how you solved problems and what was the outcome.
