Video Interview, They don't get to know you. Very systematic. Set of questions and you have to record your responses. Personally I would rather have an in person or video call interview.

Applied online and received email with a recruiter two weeks later. Recruiter did not seem interested in the conversation what so ever. It sounded like she had questions she wanted to ask and wanted to get it over ASAP. Did not have any personality. Did not know much about the company.

Interviewed with 4 sales rep team leads and manager. Simple personality questions along with sales knowledge and experience. Interview ends with manager running a hypothetical sales call. Took awhile to hear back however
