First, HR has a phone interview and ask some basic questions like location and so on. Then there is a video interview with two business intelligence analyst, they are all nice.

Interview
15 minute recruiter phone screen followed by zoom call with hiring manager and then zoom call with team leads. The interviews were all pretty straight forward, asking about background, technical skills, and some behavior questions. After 3 interviews I was ghosted, not even an automated rejection email. I followed up but they did not answer.
