Received a phone call from a recruiter the same day I applied, and set me up with an interview 2 days later. Interview was more conversational than question drilling, which I enjoyed. A second interview was set up for the following week where I gave a presentation to the hiring team. Afterwards they gave me positive feedback and told me the next I would hear from them would be with a decision. A month later after my last interview and I think it's safe to say I've been ghosted. Tried contacting the recruiter twice since then for an update, even asked them for a courtesy rejection if I wasn't in consideration anymore; no response either time. I can understand not hearing back from just sending an application in, but being completely ignored after going through an entire interview process? A bit unexpected from a company so large.
