It is good and the process is really comfortable. Recruiters who reached out to me are really welcoming and always promptly reply to my follow ups. Their goal is to get to know you and assess your skills and experience in relation to their needs for this particular role. They're also looking to get to know you to determine if you will fit in with the company's culture.
Overall very great interview process with lots of support throughout from leadership. Some things were over promised that didn’t come to fruition once hired though. Overall great team though, and good group of people to interview with.

Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume.
Very efficient, HR got back to me quickly and in a polite fashion. Interview was a zoom interview with multiple participants. Some were late and had to be filled in during the interview.
There was a phone screening followed by a virtual interview. The phone screening was conducted by the HR and the second round of interviews were done by the hiring manager. The interviewers are nice and asked about some behavioral questions and other basic interview questions.
