Interview
I was emailed for a 15 min screening. The screening lasted about 4 minutes. The screener treated me like a number. Very much like, okay... next. There was no conversation and it demonstrated the company's lack of consideration for prospective employees. I left the call confused as to what the purpose of the screening was. She asked no questions to gauge my skills or qualifications. She was just there. So unfortunate, as I was excited about the opportunity to potentially help everyday people. Today, I have no interest in working for a company like this. Please do better, and eliminate that part of the interview process, as it serves no purpose.

The question.. "So I see you have supply chain experience"... I could not understand if this was a question...
Decent process overall. Three round process that involved the hiring manager, a panel and then the VP. Mainly behavioral questions but some technical. Each interview was 30 minutes long and went relatively smoothly
