This was a phone interview in where I was asked my last salary and right after that I was told how much they would pay me. They told me it would be by the hour. The person was calling from another state far from the location I was applying for. After that I was contacted by another person out of state asking me to meet the actual person for interview in my area. The pay was below the max said here on glassdoor.
