Reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and received right away additional information request. He asked questions about my experience even though he had my resume. He basically asked my resume while looking at it. The job post did not say you needed experience in the life sciences industry just healthcare, which I have tons of. Instead of explaining that that’s what they are looking for eventhough not listed he just sent a rejection email. Quite rude.
