Initial screening call with recruiter. The recruiter was personable and made the conversation flow easily, creating a comfortable and engaging environment. The company had recently undergone system and software changes, and with relevant experience of those, made the role feel like a strong fit. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended up lasting around 40 minutes due to the in-depth and enjoyable discussion. Unfortunately, the position did not meet salary expectations on this occasion, however, I appreciated the professionalism and positivity of the entire process. It was a great experience overall.
