2x45 min one-on-one interviews, nice atmosphere, no taff or mean questions, more a get to know each other. No detailed questions about the job, more general things about yourself. No salary negotiations, which is a minus in my opinion as this should be clarified early in the apllication process. Prepare your own questions and make sure to ask as time is short and they keep asking.

Was told it would be one interview + a presentation. Ended up being two interviews and a presentation on a consulting case question where I needed to do a market analysis and provide strategic recommendations. The job description does not make this position seem like a consulting role, and I even clarified that it was not a consulting position during the interviews so I don't understand how this case question aligned with the responsibilities of the job. I am not sure if this was a way to outsource free labor to help them with their client deliverables, as the information in the case was very current. Interview was very one-sided, I think I asked about 4-5 questions across three 45 minute interviews. I also felt like after the first and third interviews the people I spoke to did not understand my position. They kept asking me the same questions but worded differently. I felt like because the structure of my current company was very different from this company, they were trying to make my experience and current responsibilities fit into their ideas of what I do in my role.
