was contacted via phone. we discussed the position and qualifications. Briefly reviewed my resume and scheduled for an in person interview. Met at off site location as position was not announced. gave me a good back ground on company and dove into my resume. did not ask very many difficult questions but enough to get what he was looking for. did back ground check. once approved they were open to negotiating salary.

My interview process moved very quickly, about one month from first phone call to verbal offer. It was overall a smooth and seamless experience and the emphasis was equally on my skillset being the right fit for the job as well as my personality being the right fit for the team and the company, which I appreciated.
