It's good to understand the STAR method to answer questions in the interview. Could be a panel interview with HR and hiring leads. Approximately 1 hour in length. Likely more than one interview during the process.

Very long, time -wise, with poor communication from the hiring group. The job ad was confusing as it contained items that weren’t needed for the role and the staff conducting the initial interview screenings were not properly briefed on what the job required
