The entire process was very relaxed. I was overdressed! The interviewers asked me to go through what was listed on my CV in more detail and spent more time just getting to know me and why I'd chosen to apply/what I could bring to the role. They later gave me a research exercise to complete.

Interview
Telephone interview with Recruitment. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. Asked standard interview questions and arranged a follow up assignment in the same week. Explained the job position and the tasks involved and mentioned there will be training.
Theere was a 30 mins telephone interview which I passed and then I was invited to a face-to-face interview where they asked a few standard questions based on my CV and then was asked to complete a short critique on one of their publications for 30 mins

Standard competency questions from 2 members of staff and brief written assessment based on one of their reports. Had 30 mins to write report on a computer. Whole interview process took around 1 hour
