The interview process was extremely long and disorganised. I had 5 phone/Skype interviews, four out five of these interviews were cancelled last minute and postponed to another day. During one of my interview, the interviewer clearly hadn't read my CV and seemed very uninterested and distant during the interview. I also had to complete a written task within 2h, I was given an arbitration case and had to write an article about it. In the end I decided to accept another offer since this interviewing process was never ending.
