Interview
Slow and unprofessional. I was called about a month after submitting my CV, arranged a telephone interview which they then failed to call me. I chased and it was rearranged. Called in for a face to face which was straight forward and informal. Was called back for a second interview which was then cancelled at short notice and rearranged for a day I was unavailable. I then did not hear back from the company for weeks despite chasing and told the position had been filled.

Interview
Telephone interview with Recruitment. The interview lasted around 30 minutes. Asked standard interview questions and arranged a follow up assignment in the same week. Explained the job position and the tasks involved and mentioned there will be training.
Theere was a 30 mins telephone interview which I passed and then I was invited to a face-to-face interview where they asked a few standard questions based on my CV and then was asked to complete a short critique on one of their publications for 30 mins

Standard competency questions from 2 members of staff and brief written assessment based on one of their reports. Had 30 mins to write report on a computer. Whole interview process took around 1 hour
