Cannot comment on the process, as I had a telephone interview scheduled for last week, which the interviewer missed - They didn't bother to call. Later that day, I received an e-mail invite, rescheduling the interview for a random time. I told the interviewer that I was not available for the time they selected and told the interviewer my availability. As such, the telephone interview was rescheduled for today and once again...the interviewer didn't call for the scheduled time.
