I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I applied and was contacted within 2 weeks for a phone interview. The interviewer asked me about my experience, why I wanted to find a different job, and the amount of my current pay scale. My file was forwarded to a hiring manager who set up an in person interview a week later. I met with the interviewer who was professional and friendly. She answered my questions easily and seemed satisfied with my answers. I was told a background check would be completed prior to any job offer. I was contacted about a week later by the background company, Griffin Personnel, for some clarification questions. The reviewer did contact my former employers but my personal references have not received any contact to date. It's been almost a month since the background started and I'm waiting for a response.

Question 1
The questions were on par with other interviews I've experienced. There was nothing out of the ordinary or difficult.
Very straight forward. Asked about situations such as how you handle difficulties. Asked about one thing your past employer wanted you to improve on. Make sure you’re prepared to answer one positive and negative thing about yourself . Otherwise pretty straight forward

Question 1
How do you handle difficult situations with clients?
The hiring process took too long and interviewers asked random questions. I felt like I was being interrogated during the interview. They did not let me know there would be a whole panel of interviewers. The position was not clear during the interview.

Question 1
You say did not agree with your boss. Why didn’t you agree? Shouldn’t you always agree with your boss?
This company did not post in their job listing that this role was for second shift. So, after a good interview and wasting the time of the interviewers and myself, I had to decline moving forward.
