Interview was very casual and informative. Very open to answering questions about the job. Very open about the company and its outlook and even open about the local site's opportunities.
By far the most disorganized interview process I've ever seen. I had an interview with the recruiter who told me I'd have a response by the end of the week. Two weeks pass just for her to tell me to apply again to be interviewed by leadership. The next day she tells me due to candidate overflow I can't reapply anyway. Which makes no sense on why I had to reapply in the first place. Just be warned they are very disorganized and have no idea what they are doing.
