Interview
Original interview - given badge because you have no access to anything and it's Big Brother - you are on camera at all times. HR comes and gets you. HR all glass windows looking upon Down Town Clayton. Very Nice. Initial interview with first with HR Representative. Many questions, "Give me a time when ...." .. many questions are repetitive and almost "tricky." Also interviewed with the general manager of the department - same questions. 1.5 hour process.
Called back 5 weeks later for 2nd interview. Again, small interview process with HR Representative and then with the director of the department. Again, a couple week wait and was offered the position.
1 hour process on 2nd interview.
Internal interviews - again, with HR as well as according to the department you will interview also with the director, or general manger - or both.
Several, Several questions - all the same type questions.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to schedule an interview for the following week. Then, the very next day, I received a generic email stating that I was no longer under consideration for the role. I reached out to the recruiter to confirm that I would no longer be interviewing. A week later and the recruiter still has not responded, but she did cancel our Zoom interview one hour beforehand on the day of. This was a really discouraging and unprofessional experience.
tough phone screening. not very informed about the role itself, and very critical about resume structure. I was told my resume was misleading however the recruiter was not sure what the role was about or needed. Did not offer to let the hiring manager to review further.

I applied online. I interviewed at Centene (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2024
Interview
I did a video recorded interview that I took hours to prepare for. Recruiter told me they would refer me to hiring manager. Even after I sent follow-up emails I was ignored. I didn’t receive a rejection email until months later. The overall experience was unprofessional, there is no respect for candidates time. Just let candidates know the manager went with another candidate instead of ghosting them.
