A very strange interview process. 1) Recruiter did not have the correct position nor job description. After several unsuccessful attempts to get the information from the recruiter before interviewing, I was provided with a generic description download from the SHRM site. 2) The interview was conducted via HireVue, which is a video simulation interview-no human interaction. 3) After logging in to do the video interview, the recorded message stated that the interview was for a recruiting coordinator role, not HR coordinator. Suffice it to say this was an all-around disappointing experience.
