I got the first interview through my university and the questions were all behavioral. It was with two current gas associate engineers. It was more of a straight question and answer scenario than a conversation like other interviews I've had.

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview at the office that consisted of hiring manager + other team members. Asked general interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. No technical questions.
