Easy process. Being honest and showing you are a hard worker and persistent is the key. Make sure you show how you are different being who you are. They are a very friendly company.
Interview was a great experience. Everyone was polite and kind, and asked thought provoking, but reasonable questions. HR Team did a great job following up after the fact, and kept me up to date and informed on my application status.
