I am a previous employee at CenterPoint and received an opportunity to interview for a Program Manager position with them. The recruiters were unresponsive prior to the interview despite reaching out on multiple occasions. During the interview, two of three panelists seemed disinterested as if they had already made their mind up for a candidate. I asked a question at the end regarding the biggest opportunity currently in the department and was met with a sarcastic comment by one of the panelists. Towards the end, the panelists were more concerned about the lunch they had ordered and seemed to have forgotten that I had my hand out to shake theirs as I left. The writing was on the wall as if I was just there to fulfill their quota. Overall, I will decline any future opportunities with this company as the culture has significantly shifted since I last worked here.
