I had a great interview process! I had first applied for the Office Assistant and scheduled an interview with Luke, the CEO, about a week after I submitted my application. The interview itself was very conversational and casual, and I felt very comfortable. It was a great way to get a taste of the company's culture: very fun, techy, outgoing, and friendly. That interview lasted about an hour and half. After about a week, I got a phone call from the Marketing Director saying they thought I'd be a better fit for the Inbound Marketing Coordinator position, and they proceeded to schedule 2 more interviews with me over the phone (as I was still in San Diego and couldn't make it up to Orange County). I first interviewed with Jenny, the Betabound Community Manager, and then a couple days later, I interviewed with Emily, the Marketing Director. Both interviews lasted about an hour and were very informational about what the duties of the position were, what the culture of the office is like, and what goals I intended to achieve during my time at Centercode.
