Questions were aimed mostly at assessing my personality. They asked me what I liked to do in my time off and what my hobbies were. They also asked me to describe myself in a few words and what, if anything, I would change about my personality. I asked if there was room for advancement in this position and the answer was no. But I was told it would be good experience for other positions with Centerstone.
