I received a phone call within days of applying, & then met with a charge nurse on-site for a tour & brief, informal interview. I received an email offer within a day or two, including a background check, drug screen, & an online app that allowed me to send out letters requesting a reference survey from 3 professional references. Most everything was completed online & the interview itself lasted less than 30 minutes.
